Terms and Conditions

All payments are subject the following conditions:

We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct Mathletes Academy Pvt Ltd account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason

If the card supplier declines payment Mathletes Academy Pvt Ltd is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been made.

We shall not be in any way responsible or pay any compensation for any down-time that may occur.

Refund Policy

Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the case of Multiple times debiting a customer’s card or customer’s account being debited with an excess amount in a single transaction. In such cases, the excess amount will be refunded to the customer.

Privacy Policy

Any and all details provided shall be utilized only for the purpose of receiving payments made to Mathletes Academy. All data shall be kept strictly confidential and shall not be divulged to anyone or utilized for any other purpose.

Arrangements for use of the service

In order for you to use the service:

• (a) You must place an order with us via whatsapp or mail address to purchase a package and agree to pay for the package purchased in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
• (b) We will take the registration process via whatsapp or mail before the service

Fees, invoicing and payment

Fees are payable by you in respect of each package that you book. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, all fees will be calculated and paid in US dollars(Other country students) /srilankan rupees(Srilankans), and all fees are in any case subject to value added tax (VAT), or any other applicable sales tax which shall be paid by you at the prevailing rate and in the manner for the time being prescribed by law.

We may increase our fees at any time but this will not affect the fees charged for any package contracted for on an order confirmation dated before the date on which any notice of increase given to you comes into effect as fees for each package once booked remain fixed for the duration of the package concerned. All fees are non-refundable except to the extent that we expressly and specifically agree otherwise

Intellectual property rights

The intellectual property rights in the service (including any content provided by us by means of the service) belong to us or our licensors. You may not, without our prior written consent, distribute to any third party or otherwise communicate to the public any content used, accessed and/or obtained via the service.
